No refunds or returns are given on any custom or non-custom jewelry.

All jewelry is sold as is.

Please be aware that all jewelry is made by hand by me, a human. It is not mass produced by a large company. I do stand by my work and offer free polishing on any item I have made. Just ship it my way, I’ll clean it up and ship it right back to you. If there are any issues caused by misuse, accidents, rough wear or negligence your item will not be refunded or exchanged. I will happily remake a piece for you if it is damaged, but as a small business I cannot do it for free. If there is a fault on the artistry of the piece, it will be assessed by me and I will either repair or replace your item free of charge.
